Brighter Futures: Support through mental illness. We are a service user led and organised group supporting anyone experiencing mental health issues. Usually, we meet on Monday and Thursday in a Selby based cafe from 10:30 till about 12:00. As we make our way out of lockdown we are taking a flexible approach, sometimes meeting up and sometimes zooming. Please get in touch and we’ll let you know what we are up to and how you can join in, feel supported and enjoy a bit of fun.

Emerging into the new normal...
Yesterday we met as a group for the fist time in a cafe since the lockdown. We had a great time chatting about this and that as well as how we are all coping with thoughts around the virus. We also got to enjoy the 50% subsidy in Costas courtesy of Boris! Next stop will be getting ArtWell up and running as well as the Selby District Mental Health Forum! Get in touch if you'd like to come along to our peer support groups.
Keep safe and look after yourself. Robert
